Around the Grounds

Fireplace on the deck - In the evenings, you are welcome to relax and look at the stars on the outside deck. The sky is beautiful in the evenings and unobstructed by city lights. We often light the outdoor fireplace and join guests with a cup of coffee and good company.

In the summer months, you are welcome to enjoy our large above ground pool. (It's about 4 feet deep, so most children 5 years and older can stand up in it. Make sure to bring your bathing suits.

There are a variety of benches and sitting areas around the property. You are welcome to use them as a quiet place for contemplation or just a place to enjoy nature. We usually have a variety of birds, humming birds, rabbits, and coyotes (at night) that can be seen or heard at various times of the year.
