The Hibernating Turtles

Where did all the turtles go?
Did they get a boat and away they rowed ?
Or did they fly
Up in the sky?
I know where they all went,
Under ground is where they all went,
To seek earth’s warmth.
But in the spring again they’ll swarm.
The very green but not keen earth.
They’ll lay their eggs and go away.
Again and again they will sleep, again and again they will lay,
Again and again this will replay.
